I work with teaching staff and school teams to create practical, inclusive spaces for thinking together about engagement, participation and learning.
These sessions are not about delivering a fixed framework or a single way of working. They share practical exercises that staff can use, adapt and return to in their own classrooms, shaped by the pupils and contexts they know best.
Sessions are run in a way that lowers pressure and makes participation feel safe. There is no expectation to perform, speak publicly or share personal experiences. This is particularly important in relation to SEND, where comfort, clarity and choice matter.
Work is collaborative and discussion-led, with time to reflect, try ideas together and think through how they might translate into everyday practice. Sessions often support staff to think differently about creativity, literacy and engagement without adding to workload or expectation.
Formats include twilight sessions, half-day or full-day CPD, in-school or external, and can accompany pupil workshops or stand alone.

βThe session was conducted in a way that made everyone feel comfortable to get involved, which was particularly useful in relation to SEND.β
